Bangkok organiseert andermaal de Race of Champions

De Race of Champions 2013 vindt net als vorig jaar plaats in Thailand. Plaats van handeling voor het eindejaarsfeestje van de autosport zal opnieuw het Rajamangala Stadion in de hoofdstad Bangkok zijn. Het evenement staat gepland voor het weekend van 14 en 15 december.

Kanokphand Chulakasem, gouverneur van de Sport Authority in Thailand, legt uit: "We zijn verguld om andermaal de Race of Champions te huisvesten. De editie van vorig jaar was het grootste autosportevenement in Thailand ooit. Het was een enorm succes en zette ons land op de kaart voor grote sportevenementen."
