Valencia hoeft niks te betalen voor contractontbinding

Valencia kan opgelucht adem halen, Bernie Ecclestone verlangt geen compensatie voor het termineren van het Formule 1-contract. Dat onthulde Jose Ciscar, vice-president in de regio, tegenover Europa Press. Valencia kan zonder vergoeding de overeenkomst opzeggen.

Ciscar: "Het lijkt er sterk op dat de Formule 1 volgend jaar niet naar Valencia komt. Geen race, maar ook geen compensatie. Het ontbindingsverzoek dat we opstellen verandert niets aan wat ik hier aankondig. Het kost Valencia niets om de banden met de Formule 1 door te snijden."
