Ecclestone hergebruikt hekwerk Valencia in New Jersey

Bernie Ecclestone benut de ondergang van het stratencircuit in Valencia om de Grand Prix in New Jersey een impuls te geven. De commerciële baas van de Formule 1 heeft het slim gespeeld in de afwikkeling van het contract voor Valencia. De Spaanse stad hoefde geen dwangsom te betalen, zolang Ecclestone de beschikking kreeg over al het materiaal, zoals het hekwerk.

De meer dan 10 kilometer omheining kan hij namelijk hergebruiken in New Jersey. Die race staat voorwaardelijk op het programma voor 2014, in afwachting van goedkeuring voor het stratencircuit. De organisatie in New Jersey heeft de grootst mogelijke moeite om het evenement op poten te zetten en het gebaar van Ecclestone is een welkom steuntje in de rug.

    En het geeft veel goede PR aan het evenement, zeker in deze tijd, aangezien eco-hergebruik/recycling helemaal hot is.

      Om welke banner gaat het precies? Ik neem aan dat je de mobiele site bezoekt? Daar zouden aparte banners vertoond moeten worden. Zouden jullie een screenshot kunnen sturen hoe het eruit ziet naar info@

      Op mijn iPhone via de mobiele website krijg ik geen pop up. Maar als je dan vervolgens desktop versie gaat bekijken dan popt er een reclame op. Deze kan je wegkrijgen met moeite als je op het kruisje van die popup drukt.

      Verre van wenselijk.

      Jammer dan, ik kap voorlopig met deze site. Erg leuk forumdeel hoor, maar het is echt niet te doen met die popups en knipperende banners door het hele scherm. Jammer.

      Graag zouden wij willen weten waarom er mensen zijn die via hun mobiel de gewone website bezoeken.

      We zijn overigens bezig om de mobiele website drastisch te verbeteren - mede omdat op de mobiele site deze banner-uiting niet te zien is!
