Kelvin Snoeks moet weekend op Brands Hatch laten schieten

Kelvin Snoeks zal komend weekend niet deelnemen aan de Formule 2-races op Brands Hatch. De Nederlander bevestigde vandaag dat hij zijn enkel heeft gebroken bij een scooter-incident. Hierdoor mist hij het weekend in Engeland.

Snoeks is gisteren al succesvol geopereerd en vertelde: "De operatie verliep erg goed. Ze hebben een pin en een plaat achter mijn enkel bevestigd, dus ik heb er vertrouwen in dat ik in Brno weer aan de start zal staan. Ik keek erg uit naar het weekend op Brands Hatch, maar ik hoop dat ik over twee weken weer mee kan strijden", aldus Snoeks.
