Matheo Tuscher en Markus Pommer winnen op Paul Ricard

Matheo Tuscher is sinds afgelopen weekend de jongste winnaar in de Formule 2 ooit. De 15-jarige Zwitser snelde in de eerste race op Paul Ricard vanaf pole position naar de zege. Kampioenschapleider Luciano Bacheta finishte op 1,1 seconde als tweede.

Markus Pommer deed Tuscher een dag later na, door van begin tot eind te leiden en de overwinning voor zich op te eisen. Met een tweede plek liep Tuscher weer acht punten in op Bacheta. Zijn achterstand in de tussenstand bedraagt nog wel 32,5 punten.
