Rosenzweig completeert line-up Carlin voor Euroseries

Carlin Motorsport heeft de invulling van het team voor het komende Formule 3 Euroseries-seizoen compleet. De 19-jarige Amerikaan Jake Rosenzweig kreeg het laatste stoeltje toebedeeld. Hij wordt teamgenoot van Brendon Hartley.

Rosenzweig: Vorig jaar kon ik in de Formule Renault goed wennen aan het racen met een Formule-wagen in Europa en ik kijk uit naar deze stap omhoog. De Euroseries is een zeer competitief kampioenschap en de combinatie van veel testen, een indrukwekkende kalender en een zitje bij Carlin vormt een geweldige kans voor mij.

Teambaas Trevor Carlin: Jake kwam bij ons voor een test in Valencia en hij imponeerde meteen met zijn aanpak en technische kennis. Hij heeft de ruwe snelheid en het talent om van waarde voor ons te zijn en wij willen hem graag ontwikkelen tot een goede coureur die vooraan meedoet. In Brendon Hartley heeft hij een sterke stalgenoot en ik vind dat we van beiden mooie resultaten mogen verwachten.
