George Russell racet in 2016 voor HitechGP

George Russell komt volgend jaar voor HitechGP uit in het Europees kampioenschap Formule 3. De 17-jarige Brit racete dit seizoen voor Carlin in dezelfde serie. In het openingsweekend wist hij een van de races te winnen, maar in het vervolg van het seizoen wist hij daar geen zeges meer aan toe te voegen. Russell legde beslag op de zesde klassering in de eindstand. In 2016 een nieuwe poging, dan met HitechGP.
