Laurens Vanthoor leidt 1-2-3 voor Signature op Brands Hatch

Laurens Vanthoor heeft vandaag op Brands Hatch zijn eerste pole position in de Formule 3 Euroseries gescoord. De Belg was de snelste van de Signature-coureurs en pakte hiermee de eerste startpositie.

Vanthoor was slechts 0.031 seconden sneller dan teamgenoot Marco Wittmann die hij enkele minuten voor het einde versloeg. Kampioenschapsleider Edoardo Mortara zorgde voor een 1-2-3 van Signature door de derde plaats te pakken. In het begin van de kwalificatie reed Valtteri Bottas nog de snelste tijden, maar hij viel terug tot de vijfde plaats nog achter Daniel Juncadella. Alexander Sims eindigde als zesde.
