Line-up van Hitech GP rond met komst van Roman Stanek

Het team van Hitech GP heeft Roman Stanek aangetrokken voor het Formule 3-seizoen 2021. De 16-jarige Tsjech voegt zich bij de eerder vastgelegde Red Bull-talenten Jak Crawford en Ayumu Iwasa, waardoor Hitech GP de line-up voor de komende jaargang nu compleet heeft.

Stanek debuteerde vorig jaar als jongste coureur op de grid bij Charouz Racing System in de Formule 3. In zijn eerste seizoen in de opstapklasse scoorde hij drie punten, goed voor een 21ste positie in de eindstand. Eerder was hij beste rookie in de ADAC Formule 4 en eindigde hij als vijfde in het Italiaans Formule 4-kampioenschap.

"Ik ben dankbaar voor deze kans bij Hitech GP", reageert de jonge Tsjech. "Ik ben opgewonden om aan de slag te gaan bij een nieuw team en ga keihard werken om er een succesvol seizoen van te maken."
