HWA Racelab completeert line-up voor 2021 met Oliver Rasmussen

HWA Racelab heeft de line-up voor het komende Formule 3-seizoen rond. Oliver Rasmussen is vastgelegd als teamgenoot voor de eerder bevestigde Matteo Nannini en Rafael Villagomez. De 20-jarige Deen is afkomstig uit het Europees kampioenschap Formula Regional, waarin hij als derde eindigde.

Rasmussen: "Deze promotie naar het internationale Formule 3-kampioenschap is een mijlpaal voor mijn carrière. Samen met HWA ga ik mijn best doen om gelijk competitief te zijn. Hopelijk groeien we samen in onze rol en manifesteert HWA zich als een van de beste teams en manifesteer ik me als een van de beste rijders."

HWA-teambaas Thomas Strick: "De performance van Oliver in de Formula Regional in 2020 was indrukwekkend. De feiten spreken voor zich, met zes overwinningen en dertien podiumplekken in totaal. Het toont aan dat hij in staat is om topprestaties neer te zetten op het hoge niveau van de Formule 3 en wij gaan hem daarbij uiteraard zo goed mogelijk helpen."
