Van Amersfoort Racing trekt Collet aan voor 2023

Naast de Formule 1-teams zijn ook de teams in de opstapklassen druk bezig met de voorbereidingen op het aankomende seizoen. Langzamerhand wordt er steeds meer duidelijk over het startveld van de Formule 2 en de Formule 3. Het Nederlandse team Van Amersfoort Racing heeft een opvallende naam binnengehaald.

De Nederlandse renstal maakte gisteren bekend dat ze hun line-up voor de Formule 3 in 2023 rond hebben. Eerder werd bekend dat ze Tommy Smith en Rafael Villagómez hebben aangetrokken voor het aankomende seizoen. Gisteren werd duidelijk dat ze ook de Braziliaan Caio Collet hebben aangetrokken. Collet reed in de afgelopen twee jaar in de Formule 3 voor het team van MP Motorsport en wist in die twee jaar tot in totaal twee zeges te komen.
