Giedo van der Garde verzekert zich van iSport-stoeltje

Giedo van der Garde debuteert komend seizoen in de Europese GP2. Op dit moment is de Nederlander al actief voor iSport International in de GP2 Asia Series en voor datzelfde team staat hij dit jaar in het voorprogramma van de Europese Formule 1-races. Zijn teamgenoot wordt de Braziliaan Diego Nunes.

iSport-teambaas Paul Jackson: We zijn verguld dat we Giedo van der Garde en Diego Nunes als ons duo kunnen bevestigen. We hebben een goede band met Giedo opgebouwd in de GP2 Asia Series en hij imponeerde in de wintertests. Net zo onder de indruk waren we van Diego toen hij vorig jaar op Paul Ricard voor ons testte en met zijn ervaring is hij een waardevolle aanvulling voor ons team.
