Daly maakt seizoen af bij Venezuela GP Lazarus

Conor Daly is verzekerd van een heel seizoen in de GP2. De Amerikaan reed tijdens het openingsweekend in Bahrein voor Venezuela GP Lazarus. Hij scoorde geen punten, maar het leverde hem wel een fulltime zitje in het voorportaal van de Formule 1 op.

Daly: "Het was een lange en onzekere winter voor me, maar ik ben toegewijd aan mijn pad richting de Formule 1. De GP2 is de juiste klasse voor mij op dit moment en het team van Lazarus beschikt over een goede groep mensen. We hebben al veel geleerd dit seizoen en we hebben nog genoeg werk voor de boeg, maar ik ga alles geven om het team aan goede resultaten te helpen."
