Berthon rijdt in 2015 opnieuw voor Lazarus

De Franse coureur Nathanaël Berthon heeft een nieuw contract getekend in de GP2. Hierdoor komt de rijder aankomend seizoen opnieuw voor het team van Lazarus uit.

Het team laat het volgende op haar website weten: "Je moet nooit een winnend team veranderen. We hebben ons afgelopen jaar door het seizoen heen sterk verbeterd en zijn trots opnieuw Nathanaël bij ons te hebben."

Ook Berthon is blij met zijn nieuwe contract: "Ik ben erg blij om opnieuw voor Lazarus uit te komen. Dankzij hen kan ik opnieuw in de GP2 racen. Ik heb veel vertrouwen voor dit seizoen, omdat ik weet hoe de performance eind vorig seizoen was. We zijn beter geworden en hebben hierdoor een goede basis met meer ervaring dan in 2014."

Nathanaël Berthon behaalde vorig jaar de twintigste plaats in het kampioenschap. De Fransman scoorde uiteindelijk zeventien punten en zijn beste resultaat was een vierde positie in Hongarije.
