Hilmer laat verstek gaan bij races in Bahrein

De GP2-grid bestaat komend weekend bij de seizoensopening in Bahrein niet uit 26, maar uit 24 auto's. Het team van Hilmer Motorsport heeft zich afgemeld voor de eerste ronde van het nieuwe seizoen. Over het hoe en waarom is verder niks bekend gemaakt.

Meer informatie volgt in een later stadium, staat op de website van de GP2. Hilmer Motorsport is pas twee seizoenen actief in het voorportaal van de Formule 1. Vorig jaar eindigde de Duitse renstal als voorlaatste met 33 punten. In het voorseizoen testte Nigel Melker nog voor Hilmer.
