Addax bevestigt Charles Pic als teamgenoot Van der Garde

Charles Pic zal volgend seizoen de nieuwe teamgenoot zijn van Giedo van der Garde bij Barwa Addax. De Fransman zal, net als Van der Garde, zowel de GP2 Asia Series als de Main Series bij het team rijden.

Pic maakte afgelopen seizoen zijn debuut in de GP2 Series bij Arden en racet in 2011 dus voor het topteam Addax. "Ik ben erg blij dat ik volgend jaar voor Barwa Addax mag racen", vertelde Pic. "Ik kijk er erg naar uit om samen te gaan werken met alle jongens in het team en kan niet wachten op onze eerste race in Abu Dhabi. Het zal een moeilijk jaar worden met veel sterke coureurs, maar we zullen hard werken om onze gestelde doelen te halen."
