Barwa Addax en Ocean Racing onthullen line-up voor Abu Dhabi

De teams van Barwa Addax en Ocean Racing Technology hebben bekend gemaakt met welke coureurs ze komend weekend aan de start verschijnen van de GP2-finaleraces op Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. Barwa Addax heeft gekozen voor Jolyon Palmer en Jake Rosenzweig, Ocean Racing koppelt Antonio Felix da Costa aan Nicolas Marroc.

Jolyon Palmer heeft een weinig indrukwekkend debuutseizoen in de GP2 achter de rug. De Brit reed voor Arden International en scoorde geen enkel punt. Rosenzweig was dit jaar actief in de World Series by Renault en eindigde daarin op een vijftiende positie met 33 punten.

Da Costa kwam dit jaar uit in de GP3 Series en scoorde zestien punten, met een dertiende klassering als eindresultaat. Marroc heeft dit jaar als voornaamste wapenfeit zijn deelname aan de 24 uur van Le Mans, met een 27ste plek algemeen en vierde in zijn klasse als resultaat.
