Rapax verlengt contract met Trummer voor 2014

Simon Trummer is nu al zeker van een plekje op de GP2-grid voor volgend seizoen. De 24-jarige Zwitser kwam een nieuw contract met zijn team Rapax voor 2014 overeen. Trummer bezet momenteel de twintigste positie in de tussenstand, met 18 punten.

"Mijn loopbaan vervolgen in de GP2 is al fantastisch en dat ik dat mag doen bij Rapax, waar ik me erg thuis voel, maakt het alleen maar mooier. We begonnen dit seizoen aardig, daarna was het ploeteren en zwoegen. Met hard werk en toewijding in de winter kunnen we volgend jaar een goed seizoen draaien. Ik wil mijn sponsors, familie, vrienden en Rapax bedanken voor deze nieuwe kans", aldus Trummer.
