Hilmer maakt plaats voor Campos Racing

Campos Racing voegt zich bij het GP3-veld voor het seizoen 2015. De Spaanse renstal neemt de plek in van Hilmer Motorsport, zo heeft de organisatie van de opstapklasse bekend gemaakt. Campos Racing is net als Hilmer ook in de GP2 actief.

GP3-baas Bruno Michel: "Het doet me deugd om Campos Racing te verwelkomen in de GP3. Ze hebben in de GP2 laten zien over de juiste racegenen te beschikken en ik ben ervan overtuigd dat ze een aanwinst voor de GP3 vormen. Dankzij hun expertise zullen ze zich snel aanpassen en Campos zal deze winter hard werken om goed voorbereid aan de start te verschijnen. Ik wil van de gelegenheid gebruik maken om Franz Hilmer en zijn team te bedanken voor hun tijd in de GP3."
