Carlin Motorsport voegt Lucas Foresti aan line-up toe

Lucas Foresti is door Carlin Motorsport als derde coureur voor de nieuwe GP3 Series aangesteld. De Britse renstal legde eerder Josef Newgarden en Dean Smith vast. Foresti, een 17-jarige Braziliaan, komt ook voor Carlin in het Brits Formule 3-kampioenschap uit.

Foresti: Ik ben heel blij met deze kans om ook in de GP3 actief te zijn. De serie is nieuw, maar heeft veel potentie, status en aandacht. Alle Formule 1-teams en scouts zullen onze prestaties volgen. De auto is zeer snel, veilig en verschilt op veel vlakken van een Formule 3-wagen. Ik focus me op beide kampioenschappen en dit is een unieke mogelijkheid voor mijn loopbaan.
