Steijn Schothorst test morgen voor DAMS

Steijn Schothorst is de enige Nederlander op de deelnemerslijst voor de eerste testdag van de GP3 op Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. Hij rijdt morgen voor het team van DAMS. Schothorst krijgt gezelschap van Santino Ferrucci en Raoul Hyman.

ART Grand Prix vaardigt een vierkoppige line-up af voor de eerste testdag, inclusief Max Defourny. Naast de Belg testen ook Jack Aitken, Nirei Fukuzumi en George Russell voor het topteam. Pedro Cardoso, Ryan Tveter, Giulian Alesi en Arjun Maini komen voor Trident in actie.

Op de deelnemerslijst voor de GP2 staan geen Nederlanders. Het Nederlandse team MP Motorsport doet een beroep op nieuwe aanwinst Sergio Sette Camara en Salvatore De Plano. Ook ervaren GP2-rijders als Raffaele Marciello, Artem Markelov en Johnny Cecotto zullen woensdag op de baan verschijnen.
