Steijn Schothorst vijfde op slotdag in Estoril

Jack Aitken heeft op de tweede en laatste dag van de GP3-test op Estoril de beste tijd laten noteren. De Brit voerde een drietal van ART Grand Prix aan met een 1:28.125. Daarmee was hij wel een halve seconde langzamer dan de beste tijd van teamgenoot George Russell op de eerste dag.

Russell moest op de slotdag genoegen nemen met de derde plaats met een 1:28.740. Nirei Fukuzumi wurmde zich met een 1:28.466 tussen Aitken en Russell in. Net als op de eerste dag waren de weersomstandigheden voor de lunchpauze niet al te best. Het asfalt droogde in de middag wel weer op, waardoor de tijden omlaag duikelden. Arden-coureur Steijn Schothorst legde met een 1:28.913 beslag op de vijfde positie.
