Mucke contracteert Steindl als teamgenoot voor Melker

Nigel Melker weet de naam van een van zijn teamgenoten voor 2011. Mucke Motorsport haalt Willi Steindl binnen voor het komende GP3-seizoen. Steindl eindigde dit jaar als zevende in het Duits Formule 3-kampioenschap en won de laatste race op Oschersleben.

Hij testte na het afgelopen seizoen in Portugal en Spanje voor Mucke en teambaas Peter Mucke is verguld met de aanwinst voor zijn GP3-team. Willi heeft ons overtuigd bij de tests in oktober. Op Estoril en Jerez stond hij constant in de top tien en hij toonde talent en potentieel. Eerder reed Steindl al voor Mucke in de ADAC Formula Masters.
