Voorlopige GP3-agenda voor 2013 bestaat uit acht ontmoetingen

De GP3 Series heeft een voorlopige kalender voor volgend seizoen aangekondigd. De klasse in het voorprogramma van de Europese Grands Prix reist in 2013 voor het eerst af naar Abu Dhabi. Het schema bestaat uit acht evenementen, waarvan de locatie voor een weekend los van de Formule 1 nog onbekend is.

GP3-baas Bruno Michel: "Sinds het ontstaan van de GP3 hebben we altijd acht race-ontmoetingen per seizoen gehad en 2013 is geen uitzondering. Zeven daarvan vinden plaats in een Formule 1-weekend, een prachtige kans voor onze jongelingen om zich te tonen. Abu Dhabi markeert de eerste keer dat de GP3 buiten Europa racet. Met de invoering van de nieuwe auto, de GP3/13, en de aanwinst van dit nieuwe circuit beweegt deze klasse zich in 2013 opnieuw in de juiste richting."
