Zamparelli tekent voor 2013 bij Marussia Manor Racing

Dino Zamparelli is komend seizoen een van de coureurs voor Marussia Manor Racing in de GP3. Dat hebben de 20-jarige Brit met Italiaanse voorouders en het team bekend gemaakt. Zamparelli moet de ambities van Marussia Manor in de GP3 verwezenlijken.

Zamparelli was vorig jaar actief in de Formule 2. In veertien races haalde hij twee keer het podium en scoorde hij een totaal van 94,5 punten, goed voor de achtste plaats in de eindstand. Hij verwierf vooral faam met een uitwijkactie om een botsing met een spinnende deelnemer achter de safety car op Spa-Franchorchamps te vermijden.
