Davide Rigon snelste in tweede training voor RSC Anderlecht

Davide Rigon heeft zojuist tijdens de tweede en afsluitende vrije training van de Superleague Formula op het circuit van Adria de snelste tijd gereden. De Italiaan was met zijn 1:06.077 ruim drie tienden sneller dan FC Porto.

Rigon bleef met zijn snelste tijd 0.313 seconden voor op Alvaro Parente van FC Porto. Yelmer Buurman kende een goede training en reed met zijn AC Milan-bolide de derde tijd, gevolgd door Frédéric Vervisch. De Belg rijdt dit weekend als vervanger van James Walker bij Liverpool FC en rijdt meteen een keurige vierde tijd. Ook Robert Doornbos zat er goed bij en eindigde als vijfde voor Corinthians.

FC Basel, de pacesetter uit de eerste training, kwam niet verder dan de zesde tijd op al een seconde achterstand. Buurmans titelrivaal Craig Dolby van Tottenham Hotspur reed in de tweede training de dertiende tijd op bijna twee volle seconden achterstand.
