Grote stoelendans voor Superleague-weekend in Ordos

Komend weekend vind op het Chinese circuit van Ordos de volgende Superleague Formula-race plaats. De titelstrijd heeft zich inmiddels ontvouwen tussen vijf teams, maar de grootste verandering van dit weekend zijn de vele rijderswissels.

Maar liefst acht teams zullen een andere coureur inzetten dat tijdens het vorige Superleague-weekend. Het meest opvallende is dat FC Porto-coureur Alvaro Parente geen visum kreeg voor zijn bezoek aan China. De Portugees had zijn papieren niet op tijd in orde, maar hoopt dit wel voor volgende week klaar te hebben, wanneer de tweede race in China wordt verreden. FC Porto vervangt hem door de Nieuw-Zeelander en ex-A1GP-coureur Earl Bamber.

Bi Atletico de Madrid zal Maria de Villota ook niet in actie komen, want zij moet het weekend door een operatie aan haar nek laten schieten. Haar plaats worden ingenomen door Bruno Mendez. Andy Soucek verkast van Galatasaray naar Flamengo en zijn plaats bij de Turkse club zal worden ingenomen door Giacomo Ricci, GP2-coureur.

Verder zal Adrian Valles zijn rentree maken in de Superleague Formula bij Sporting Portugal, zal Franck Perrera racen voor Bordeaux en zet Olympiacos wederom Ben Hanley in als vervanger van Chris van der Drift. Ten slotte debuteert er een geheel nieuw team in de Superleague. Team China zal met Martin Ma aan de start verschijnen.

  De GP2 vind ik dan nog wel leuker om naar te kijken, kweenie maar er zijn gewoon te weinig auto\'s voor mijn gevoel.

is een geweldige klasse...je kunt ook overal bijkomen...en dat voor een klein bedrag...
ben elk jaar naar de Nurburgring en Zolder geweest...in gesprek met rijders en teambazen...heb zelfs weddenschappen afgesloten met de teambaas van Doornbos dat als hij race 1 won de Holland House vlag boven de pitbox kwam te hangen...zo jammer dat Doornbos toen 3e werd...
Zoiets zal in de F1 nooit gebeuren...daar kun je langs de kant in het gras gaan zitten voor 150 euro en verder niks...
