De line-up voor de auto met startnummer 38 van Jackie Chan DC Racing x Jota Sport voor het superseizoen 2018/2019 is compleet. Ho-Pin Tung en Gabriel Aubry krijgen Stephane Richelmi als teamgenoot. Samen zullen zij om de beurt een Oreca-Gibson 07 van het team besturen.

Richelmi is de zoon van voormalig rallycoureur Jean-Pierre Richelmi, pakte in 2016 de LMP2-titel in het World Endurance Championship en won dat jaar zijn klasse in de 24 uur van Le Mans. De 28-jarige Monegask was tussen 2011 en 2014 actief in de GP2. Zijn enige zege boekte hij in 2014, waarna hij zijn concentratie verschoof van eenzitters naar GT's en sportscars.

Voor Tung breekt zijn derde seizoen in het WEC aan. De 35-jarige Nederlandse Chinees maakte in 2017 deel uit van de crew die de LMP2-zege in de 24 uur van Le Mans behaalde. Even leken hij en zijn teamgenoot op weg naar de algehele winst. Tung reed twee uur aan de leiding, maar hij moest in de slotfase van de wedstrijd toch de Porsche van Brendon Hartley, Timo Bernhard en Earl Bamber aan zich voorbij laten gaan.
