Kvyat beschadigt bril Domenicali tijdens benefietwedstrijd

Gisteren speelden enkele Formule 1-coureurs een benefietwedstrijd tegen een allstar-team bestaand uit andere sterren. Onder andere Charles Leclerc en Fernando Alonso stonden aan de aftrap. Ook Formule 1-CEO Stefano Domenicali speelde mee en verdedigde het doel van het Formule 1-team in Monaco.

Bij de tegenpartij deed voormalig Formule 1-coureur Daniil Kvyat mee. Door de oorlog in Oekraïne kan de coureur dit jaar nergens racen maar voetballen tijdens de benefietwedstrijd kon wel. Hij had er zin in maar hij zag even Domenicali over het hoofd, het resulteerde in een kapotte bril voor de Italiaan.

    Ik accepteer dit soort wazige acties niet tegen deze briljante oud teambaas. Respect is ver te zoeken bij de torpedo.

    Hij heeft wel serieus een bril nodig want Domenicali is niet degeen die zijn plaats heeft ingenomen bij Kelly en zijn kind. Hij had de verkeerde te pakken. Ik maak me echt zorgen over Dani’s zicht. Heeft waarschijnlijk niet de juiste aanvullende verzekering waardoor hij de aanschaf van een bril niet terug krijgt.

    Dus ze dwingen Kvyat een document te tekenen (belachelijk) als hij nog wil racen (wat hij niet gedaan heeft), maar hieraan mag hij wel meedoen?
