Zuid-Korea treedt volgend seizoen toe

De A1 Grand Prix verwelkomt volgend seizoen een nieuw team. Zuid-Korea treedt toe tot de raceklasse. Dat werd afgelopen weekend beklonken tijdens het raceweekend op het circuit van Sjanghai. Joshua Kim wordt seatholder en het team krijgt de steun van entertainmentbedrijf Good EMG.

Kim: Zuid-Korea heeft de op vier na grootste automobielindustrie van de wereld, maar als land zijn we totaal niet bekend met het fenomeen autosport. Dat is de voornaamste reden om tot de A1 Grand Prix toe te treden. De bevolking van Zuid-Korea houdt van sport, maar weet niks van de autosport. Door deze stap zullen de mensen leren wat autosport inhoudt.
