Twijfels over toekomst A1 Grand Prix nemen toe

Het is twijfelachtig of de A1 Grand Prix nog lang blijft bestaan. Als aanvulling op de aanhoudende speculatie over openstaande rekeningen en problemen met de financiën melden bronnen nu dat Ferrari afziet van de levering van motoren voor komend seizoen.

Een woordvoerder van het Italiaanse merk wilde geen commentaar geven. Op 17 oktober staat een test gepland, het nieuwe seizoen zou op 25 oktober moeten beginnen. Het is nog maar de vraag of de organisatie op tijd een nieuwe motorleverancier kan vinden in het geval dat Ferrari daadwerkelijk stopt.

    Knap gedaan door Ferrari...ik heb het aan het begin van het afgelopen seizoen al gezegd dat het geen goed idee was om Ferrari deze klasse te geven...
    De formule 1 heeft de A1GP al vanaf het begin als grote concurrent gezien en door Ferrari mee te laten doen aan de A1GP is het nu heel simpel om van de A1GP af te komen...1 seizoen motoren en chassis leveren en dan de laatste maand voor het tweede seizoen zich terugtrekken...
    Lola en Zytek...kom maar met jullie mooie bolides en trouwe motoren...want 1 ding is zeker...wat dat betreft kon Ferrari nog heel veel van jullie leren...

      Wat een onzin!

      Ferarri heeft een leveringsverplichting aan A1GP, maar A1GP heeft daarentegen een betalingsverplichting.
      Niet betalen is niet leveren. Dat heeft niets te maken met het \&quot;uitserveren\&quot; van een serie.

      Jouw post zegt meer over jouw gevoel over Ferarri, dan over de serie A1GP.

      A1GP als concurrent van de F1. Laat me niet lachen zeg. Denk ook niet dat er ook maar iemand uit de F1 ooit heeft wakker gelegen van de A1GP.

    Zou me niets verbazen dat die financiele problemen betekenen dat ze de rekeningen van Ferrari niet betaald hebben. Nogal wiedes dat ze er dan mee kappen.

    Het klopt bij de A1GP al vanaf de start financieel gewoon niet.
