Karthikeyan maakt seizoen af voor India

Narain Karthikeyan zit ook de laatste drie races achter het stuur van Team India. De testcoureur van Williams reed al voor het team in Nieuw-Zeeland en Zuid-Afrika. De Indiër is blij om naast het testwerk ook te mogen racen: Mijn prioriteit ligt bij Williams, maar ik vind het geweldig om lekker in de A1 Grand Prix te kunnen racen.

Karthikeyan houdt er zo wel een druk schema op na. Op woensdag testte ik nog met Williams in Valencia, op vrijdag zat ik bij de A1 Grand Prix in Durban. Ik heb dan ook weinig tijd om me aan te passen aan de auto, zeker in Zuid-Afrika was dat moeilijk. Maar we hebben al een paar punten gescoord, het gaat de goede kant op.

De volgende race in de A1 Grand Prix is op 25 maart in Mexico. Daarna volgt nog een race in China en de afsluiting van het seizoen is in Engeland, op het circuit van Brands Hatch.
