Coca-Cola verbindt zich aan fusiekampioenschap

De IRL IndyCars, het kampioenschap waarin Champ Car en IRL zijn samengevoegd, heeft een grote sponsor binnen. Frisdrankengigant Coca-Cola tekende een meerjarig sponsorcontract met het fusiekampioenschap. De overeenkomst vloeit voort uit de vijf circuits in de serie die al gesponsord werden door Coca-Cola.

Terry Angstadt van de commerciële afdeling van de IRL IndyCars vertelt: Coca-Cola is een gigantisch globaal merk en we zijn trots dat we zon grote partij als partner mogen verwelkomen. De enorme bekendheid en marketingmogelijkheden die deze overeenkomst met zich meebrengt biedt ons veel kansen. Deze bekendmaking past ook in onze stijgende lijn wat het sponsorportfolio betreft. Steeds meer grote partners verbinden zich aan onze serie en dat is een grote hulp in onze wens om de serie een mooie toekomst te geven.
