Toekomst van Flavio Briatore bij Renault onzeker

Flavio Briatore is in 2009 waarschijnlijk nog gewoon teambaas van het team van Renault, maar hoe lang hij de positie daarna nog invult is onduidelijk. In 2006 verlengde hij zijn contract voor twee jaar en daarvan is het einde dus in zicht.

Sport.es bericht dat Briatore vermoedelijk volgend jaar nog steeds de leiding heeft over de Franse renstal, maar voor 2010 ligt alles open. Briatore is al jaren teambaas van Renault en voorheen Benetton, en pakte wereldtitels met Michael Schumacher en Fernando Alonso.
