Piquet vindt meer testkilometers Alonso logisch

Het team van Renault speelde de afgelopen tests duidelijk de kaart Fernando Alonso. De Spanjaard reed vaak zonder problemen meer dan honderd rondjes op een testdag, terwijl Nelson Piquet alleen maar van zulke aantallen mocht dromen.

Piquet is echter niet gepikeerd door de voorkeursbehandeling die Alonso geniet. De Braziliaan snapt de keuzes van het team. Het is logisch dat Fernando meer test. Hij heeft veel meer ervaring en zijn input is erg waardevol voor het team, aldus Piquet in Diario Sport.
