Renault maakt zich op voor eerste Roadshow van 2009

Het team van Renault reist ook dit jaar de wereld over om in de straten van grote steden demonstraties te verzorgen. De eerste Renault Roadshow van 2009 heeft komend weekend plaats in Dubai. Vier dagen lang zal de Franse renstal met een Formule 1-auto de blits maken op verschillende plekken in de stad.

Als coureurs zet Renault racecoureur Nelson Piquet, testrijder Romain Grosjean en de speciaal voor dit soort demonstraties gecontracteerde Adam Khan in. Piquet: Dubai is een van de mooiste steden ter wereld en een ideale plek om een Roadshow te organiseren. Ik kijk enorm uit naar mijn bezoek aan Dubai en de kans om de mensen daar kennis te laten maken met de Formule 1.

Khan die komend weekend zijn officiële Roadshow-debuut maakt: Ik verheug me op de activiteiten die voor de vier dagen in Dubai gepland staan. Het is een nieuwe markt voor de Formule 1 en het wordt voor de fans geweldig om de snelheid en het geluid van dichtbij mee te maken. En dat is waar het bij de Roadshow allemaal om draait.
