Massa: "Terugkeer in Abu Dhabi is waarschijnlijk niet haalbaar"

Felipe Massa sloot eerder deze week bij zijn terugkeer in de Ferrari-fabriek in Maranello niet uit dat hij de laatste Grand Prix van dit seizoen weer in actie zou komen. De Braziliaan ziet nu echter in dat Abu Dhabi een onhaalbare kaart is.

Massa: “Ik hoop zo snel mogelijk terug te keren. Prettig is in elk geval de wetenschap dat ik voor de start van volgend seizoen weer honderd procent ben. Mijn droom is om in Abu Dhabi alweer te racen, maar dat is zeer onwaarschijnlijk.”

    Door dit bericht en het slechte presteren van Fisi wordt het moeilijk om de derde plaats vast te houden in het constructeurskampioenschap

    Zit er toch nog maar raar uit dat oogje. Denk zeker bij lange afstanden, dat de vermoeidheid toe zal slaan. Gaat niet in de koude kleren zitten zo\'n operatie aan je schedel. Veel trainen en volgend jaar beginnen, niet leuk, maar wel het beste. Dit jaar al starten zou Ferrari alleen maar aan het twijfelen kunnen brengen over hun rijderskeuze van volgend jaar als het niet helemaal gaat zoals het moet door vermoeidheid of last.

    Waarom dit jaar nog aan de start verschijnen? het is al een verloren seizoen en de risico\'s zijn gewoon nog ff te groot. gewoon weer 100% fit zijn voor volgend seizoen!
    De derde plek wordt ook heel moeilijk mede omdat mclaren bleef doorontwikkelen. Ik hoop alleen dat fisico het de volgende race iets beter voor elkaar heeft en misschien tog zijn eerste puntjes bij ferrari kan binnenhalen.

    Er mooi om te telkens te lezen dat hij zo graag wil, maar hij heeft dit jaar niets meer te winnen.
    Als hij die ene race gaat rijden, dan valt dit waarschijnlijk tegen na zo\'n lange afwezigheid en daar schiet niemand wat mee op.
    Behalve diegene die hier weer willen reageren met \&quot;Ferrari maakt een grote fout!\&quot;

    Als je team baas zegt dat je zeker niet rijdt dan lijkt het me inderdaad niet haalbaar..

    is maar raden wat ik doe, wat zou gebeurd zijn met massa als hij geen ongeluk had gekregen en op het einde van het seizoen minder punten had gescoord, hadden ze massa gehouden of kimi naast alonso gezet, Ik vind Massa een goede rijder maar het ongeluk kan voor hem ook voordelig uitpakken.
