Ricciardo ziet ruimte voor verbetering voor Red Bull in Maleisië

Daniel Ricciardo heeft een redelijk doorsnee vrijdag achter de rug. De Australiër eindigde respectievelijk als twaalfde en zevende, maar Ricciardo ziet ruimte voor verbetering.

"Ik denk dat we redelijk wat geleerd hebben tijdens de korte runs vanmorgen," aldus Ricciardo. "We zijn redelijk tevreden met de progressie die we hebben geboekt, maar het had wel wat beter gekund in de long runs."

Ricciardo vervolgt: "Ik denk dat er nog wel wat ruimte voor verbetering is, maar daar hebben we vannacht voor. De betrouwbaarheid was goed vandaag, dus daar zijn we erg blij mee."

"Verder is het altijd warm hier, wat luchtvochtigheid betreft is het waarschijnlijk de grootste uitdaging van het jaar, maar dat is allemaal prima. Weet je, dat maakt ons alleen maar harder," besluit de Australiër.
