Er zijn beelden verschenen van hoe het er na de Grand Prix van Abu Dhabi achter de schermen aan toe ging. In deze video is te zien hoe Fernando Alonso bij Mercedes langs gaat om Lewis Hamilton en zijn familie te feliciteren met de wereldtitel. Uit de innige omhelzing van de twee voormalige teamgenoten blijkt hoeveel respect ze voor elkaar hebben.
