Grosjean laat niets los over Lotus-livery voor 2015

Het team van Lotus wordt omringd door een aantal vraagtekens. Gaat de Britse renstal haar naam wijzigen? Verandert het kleurenschema voor 2015? Dat soort vragen kreeg Romain Grosjean ook via Twitter. De Fransman liet niks los. "Ik kan niks zeggen over de livery."

De Lotus E23 heeft de verplichte crashtests in elk geval overleefd en met de Mercedes V6 in plaats van de Renault-motor ligt een beter seizoen in het verschiet. Grosjean: "Maar het is niet alleen de krachtbron, het is het totaalpakket. In vergelijking met de auto van vorig jaar ziet de E23 er prachtig uit."

Ook teamgenoot Pastor Maldonado draafde op voor een vraag-en-antwoord sessie via Twitter. Bijvoorbeeld over zijn reputatie als brokkenpiloot. "In een auto die niet erg stabiel is, is het lastig om te corrigeren zodra de wagen eenmaal weg springt. Bovendien ben ik niet de enige die crasht."
