Magnussen betreurt omstandigheden voor kans

McLaren-coureur Kevin Magnussen krijgt onverwacht de kans om dit jaar toch te racen. In elk geval bij de eerste Grand Prix van 2015, waar hij Fernando Alonso vervangt. De Spanjaard wil geen risico op een nieuwe zware klap lopen en neemt extra rust.

Magnussen betreurt de omstandigheden voor de herkansing, maar is ook opgewonden door het vooruitzicht om te racen in Australië, zo laat de Deen via Twitter weten.

Fernando Alonso toont begrip voor de aanbevelingen van de artsen, al geeft hij aan dat hij het zwaar vindt om te ontbreken bij de seizoensopener in Melbourne.

  als je het testen hebt gevolgd weet je dat de kans groot is dat Mclaren met 2 auto's uitvalt voor de helft van de GP voorbij is.
