CNN in Bahrein voor documentaire Max Verstappen

De hype rondom Max Verstappen is nog niet ten einde. Eerder maakte Red Bull TV al een documentaire over de Nederlander en nu gaat ook het Amerikaanse CNN een programma maken over de nieuwe sensatie in de Formule 1.

Volgens de Telegraaf is CNN komend weekend in Bahrein aanwezig tijdens de Grand Prix. Men zal echter niet op het circuit filmen, aangezien de zender daar niet de benodigde rechten voor heeft. Verstappen zal voornamelijk gevolgd worden bij zijn hotel en andere locaties.

CNN is een grote jongen in televisieland. De zender heeft dagelijks een bereik van meer dan één miljard kijkers. CNN was al actief in de Formule 1. Men was als sponsor verbonden aan het team van Caterham en dit seizoen prijkt het logo van de zender op de auto's van McLaren-Honda.

    Interessant. Kunnen ze meteen niet even sponsor van Max worden?

    Even een off-topic journalistieke tip voor de redachtie: gebruik nooit "men" in een nieuwsbericht. En al zeker niet twee keer. Altijd het beestje bij z'n naam noemen!

    Mocht in een uiterste alsnog TR overgenomen worden door Renault en ze gaan voor een Franse coureur ten koste van Max dan heeft die inmiddels zo'n hype en media aandacht dat die zo ergens anders instapt.

      Renault heeft lang niet genoeg geld om Toro Rosso(naar verluid hebben ze maar 30 miljoen) over te nemen en een eigen team lost die betrouwbaarheidsproblemen niet op, het imagoprobleem word alleen maar groter als er groter Renault op die auto staat als die motor ploft.

      Max heeft denk ik nog twee races nodig als de eerste drie en hij kan bij elk team aan de bak. Nog even en hij is niet meer afhankelijk van RedBull

      ik denk dat het nu wel even goed is waar hij zit en er niet krampachtig naar een ander team gezocht moet worden, het is al heeeel erg snel gegaan en hij maakt het waar maar geef hem ook even een momentje om te leren en te wennen.

      Nog even en RB voelt zich genoodzaakt Max een vernieuwd contract aan te bieden bij RB zelf. Ook zij zien het dreigende gevaar wat ontstaat als Max zo door gaat. Max is echt een
      hype aan het worden. Nu gaat CNN weer een documentaire maken. Dus zij gaan Amerika al
      vast warm laten lopen voor het talent Max Verstappen. In the picture staan in een land als Amerika is geen slechte zaak voor de pr van Max, en nog gratis pr ook.

    De Verstappen hype legt veel mensen géén windeieren.
    Ik verleng om hem mijn ZIGGO abonnement met Sportnet.

    Ziggo verdient aan iedere Nl er die om M. Verstappen een sportnet abonnement neemt.

    Ik stel voor dat deze drie partijen de handen ineen slaan en Max Verstappen ondersteunen
    in zijn gang naar zijn 1e kampioenschap.
