Nasr worstelt sinds Canada met remproblemen

Sauber-coureur Felipe Nasr hoopt dat zijn werkgever spoedig een remedie vindt voor de remproblemen waar hij sinds kort last van heeft. Globo bericht dat de Braziliaanse rookie in Canada voor het eerst worstelde met zijn remmen en in Oostenrijk was het nog niet verholpen.

Nasr legt uit: "In Oostenrijk had ik wel weer vertrouwen in de remmen, maar het probleem van oververhitte remschijven was hetzelfde als in Canada. Misschien heeft het te maken met mijn rijstijl, ik weet het niet. Wat ik wel weet is dat we dit zo spoedig mogelijk dienen op te lossen."

Teamgenoot Marcus Ericsson ervaart niet dezelfde problemen. Beide Sauber-coureurs eindigden de afgelopen twee Grands Prix wel buiten de punten. De teller van de Zwitserse renstal staat na acht races in 2015 op 21 punten, goed voor een voorlopig zevende plaats bij de constructeurs.
