Force India twijfelt niet aan verlenging voor Perez

Het team van Force India is ervan overtuigd dat Sergio Perez vroeg of laat bijtekent voor het seizoen 2016. Gazzetta dello Sport berichtte eerder dat de Mexicaan op het punt staat om te verkassen naar Lotus/Renault. Force India hecht weinig waarde aan die berichtgeving.

De Indiase renstal wil bij de thuisrace van Perez diens contractverlenging bekend maken. Vice-teambaas Bob Fernley vertrouwde Autosport toe: "We zullen tot overeenstemming komen met Sergio, daar twijfel ik geen seconde aan. Zelfs als we al een akkoord hadden, dan is het nog het beste om dat in Mexico pas aan te kondigen, dus ik denk niet dat er op dit vlak nieuws naar buiten zal komen voordat die Grand Prix aanbreekt."

Force India completeerde in Singapore het pakket van de B-versie van de VJM08. Fernley is optimistisch over de rest van het seizoen. "Ik denk dat we overal redelijk goed uit de voeten moeten komen. We zullen niet meer die hoge pieken en diepe dalen van eerder dit seizoen zien, ik verwacht dat we nu vrij constant moeten kunnen presteren. Er is ruimte voor verbetering, maar ik acht ons in staat om elke race rond dezelfde posities te finishen."

  Lijkt erop dat er weer is een nieuwsbron wat uit de duim heeft lopen zuigen om wat sensatie te creëren... ik vond het eerlijk gezegd al vreemd want volgens mij zijn ze bij Force india best blij met Perez en laten ze hem niet zomaar vertrekken...

Ik zou gewoon lekker bij tekenen als ik hem was!
Op de 1 of andere manier heb ik veel symphatie voor force India!
Nu Lotus zo wankelt is het maar de vraag waar je instapt,
Grosjean is niet voor niets vertrokken.

Breaking: Perez blijft in 2016 bij Force India! Ik denk voor beiden de beste keuze. En voor mij zeker, want ben fan van het team en de coureur. :)
