Video: Wie wordt dé verrassing van dit seizoen?

Channel 4 presenteerde gisteren het team waarmee het dit jaar verslag gaat doen van de Formule 1. De Britse zender heeft ook een filmpje gemaakt met enkele medewerkers van de Formule 1-afdeling. Commentator Ben Edwards, analisten Susie Wolff en David Coulthard en presentator Steve Jones proberen de vraag wie dit jaar gaat verrassen in de Formule 1 te beantwoorden.

    Als team word McLaren de grote verrassing van dit seizoen en als rijder gaat Carlos Sainz Jr hele hoge ogen gooien met zijn bloed snelle Toro Rosso.

      Nieuwe ronde, nieuwe kansen ! Je bent zo goed als je laatste race. Carlos zal er alles aan gaan doen om zich uit de schaduw van Max te rijden. Carlos is wat dat betreft de ideale team-mate voor Max, ze zullen elkaar pushen to the limit en soms daar voorbij, ze zullen beide veel indruk maken, maar er zal uiteindelijk blijken dat Max net dat beetje extra magie heeft dat een goede F1 coureur onderscheid van een toekomstige F1 Kampioen.

    Carlos Sainz laat zich meer zien dan vorig jaar. Magnussen ook.
    Max Verstappen kan alleen maar 'verliezen' door zijn geweldige debuutjaar en indruk. Max moet gewoon zijn teamgenoot verslaan.

    McLaren en Haas zitten dichter bij de top. Voor de rest hoop ik dat Williams een verrassing gaat worden.

    Ik denk dat halfweg het seizoen Haas nog wat naar voren weet te komen, en nog puntjes weet te scoren. Voor het spectakel Max en Vettel denk ik.

    Ik voorzie een podiumplaats voor Hary knary. Verder denk ik dat Maldonado terugkomt het midden van het seizoen en dat ik morgen 2 miljoen op me bankrekening heb.

      Ja Maldonado komt halverwege terug bij Manor, neemt jou als hoofdsponsor mee. (jij neemt de onderdelen mee uit je fabriek xD) en die 2 miljoen, kunnen we dat verdelen onder de leden van de zogenaamde ''hardcore f1 chat bunker'' ??

      Hoezo is dat zo vreemd? Ik verwacht ook veel van Magnussen nu hij niet meer in toom gehouden wordt door Magnussen. Hij krijgt als teamleider nu veel meer verantwoordelijkheden en ik denk dat hem dat goed gaat doen
