Exact tot en met 2019 sponsor van Max Verstappen

Exact heeft het sponsorcontract met Red Bull Racing-coureur Max Verstappen verlengd tot het einde van 2019. De samenwerking tussen het computersoftwarebedrijf en de jonge Nederlander loopt nu ongeveer anderhalf jaar. In die tijd is de carrière van Verstappen door de overstap van Scuderia Toro Rosso naar Red Bull Racing in een stroomversnelling. Beide partijen kijken vol vertrouwen uit naar de toekomst.

Max Verstappen: "De samenwerking met Exact verloopt supergoed, dus ik ben erg blij dat we die langer kunnen voortzetten. Het is prettig om een partner te hebben die net zo gedreven en ambitieus is als ik en die mij als voorbeeld gebruikt voor de eigen medewerkers en klanten. De manier waarop ik werd ontvangen na de winst in Spanje vorig jaar was geweldig. Het doel voor dit seizoen is dat we nog een paar keer aanleiding geven voor zo'n ontvangst."

Erik van der Meijden, directeur van Exact: "In augustus 2015 tekenden we een samenwerking met een toptalent, vandaag verlengen we met een wereldster. Het persoonlijk partnership heeft zowel Max als Exact veel gebracht. Hij staat als onze Tech Talent Leader onder andere symbool voor de groei die talenten binnen Exact door kunnen maken. We zijn er dan ook enorm trots op om ook de komende jaren aan Max Verstappen verbonden te zijn. Hij is het boegbeeld van de verwezenlijking van ambitie. Als hij zijn ultieme ambitie, wereldkampioen worden, weet te verwezenlijken, willen wij erbij zijn."

Word toch wel tijd dat er echte grote jongens max en redbull op de auto gaan sponsoren vind het tot nu toe allemaal een beetje mager.

  Max is geen Braziliaan,Duitser, of een ingezetene van een ander groot en chauvinistisch land, want het gaat puur om de commercie uit dat soort grote landen,(Akzo, Unilever, Heineken etc.) en die hebben echt niks met Max hoor!
