Fernando Alonso en Ralf Schumacher kibbelen over kartcircuit Alonso

Hoewel Fernando Alonso het vanavond al moeilijk genoeg zal hebben om met zijn McLaren in de punten te finishen, heeft voormalig Formule 1-coureur Ralf Schumacher ook nog eens stevige kritiek geuit op de kartbaan die Alonso onlangs heeft laten aanleggen in Spanje. Dit weekend vindt het Europees Kampioenschap Karting plaats op het door Alonso aangelegde ciruit, maar Schumacher, die daar aanwezig is met zijn team KSM, had geen goed woord over voor het circuit. "Voor de eerste keer sinds ik me weer in de kartwereld begeef, heb ik geen lekker gevoel bij het circuit waarop we racen. We hebben al meerdere malen te maken gehad met defecten aan de karts die veroorzaakt werden door het circuit. Ik vraag mij af of dit circuit niet te gevaarlijk is," foeterde Schumacher, volgens grandprix.com.

"Ralf wil ook weer eens in de publiciteit komen"

Alonso vond het, ondanks dat hij niet bij het kampioenschap aanwezig kon zijn, omdat hij in Montreal aan de start mocht verschijnen, nodig om daar vanuit de paddock op te reageren: "Ralf is de laatste jaren niet echt in het nieuws geweest en volgens mij wil hij graag weer eens in de publiciteit komen. Bovendien heeft hij zelf ook een kartcircuit waar hij graag het EK wil organiseren, maar ik geloof dat de FIA daar niet mee akkoord ging. Volgens mij is Ralf zijn team de enige met problemen op mijn circuit, dus misschien moet hij zijn pupillen eens leren op het asfalt te blijven, anders is hij dalijk al zijn geld kwijt."

Alonso mocht in Montreal aan de start verschijnen? Waarvan dan? Welke race was dat? De Grand Prix van dit jaar heeft op dit moment nog niet plaatsgevonden en bij mijn weten reed Alonso niet mee in een race van het voorprogramma. Of heb ik iets gemist?

Ben benieuwd naar waar het dan precies over gaat. Als Ralf een punt heeft, dan kan daar toch een conversatie over gevoerd worden? Een beetje makkelijk van Alonso om dan meteen persoonlijke insinuaties te gaan maken.

  Gaat over een ongeluk waar een jochie van elf z'n leven heeft verloren door te crashen op het kartcircuit van Alonso.
  Er werd toen gezegd dat het een gevaarlijk circuit is, is onderzoek geweest naar veiligheid en het is goedgekeurd door de FIA.
  Nu gaat Ralf ff kolen op het vuur gooien.. Beetje achterbaks vind je ook niet?
