FIA plaatst extra kerbstones uitkomen Parabolica

Max Verstappen liet het gisteren al weten in het programma Formule 1-cafe van Ziggo Sport, maar het nieuws is nu ook officieel: de FIA heeft extra kerbstones bij het uitkomen van de Parabolica geplaatst, om te voorkomen dat coureurs voordeel halen uit het overschrijden van de witte lijn bij het uitkomen van de snelle bocht op het circuit van Monza.

Max Verstappen liet gisteren weten dat hij zelf ook meerdere waarschuwingen had ontvangen vanwege het overschrijden van de zogenaamde 'track-limits'. Een rit over de kerbs die nu gelegd zijn zou geen tijdswinst meer op mogen leveren voor de coureurs. Het is niet de eerste keer dat de FIA veranderingen doorvoert aan het circuit gedurende het weekend: dit soort beslissingen worden vaak genomen op basis van de input en feedback vanuit de coureurs tijdens de rijdersbriefing.

    Net of ze dat nog niet wisten nu worden er op het laatste moment kerbstones gelegd met alle mogelijke gevolgen van dien.
