Voorverkoop Jumbo Racedagen morgen van start

De Jumbo Racedagen, het fan event van Max Verstappen zal op 18 en 19 mei plaatsvinden op Circuit Park Zandvoort. Red Bull Nederland en het management van Verstappen zullen opnieuw de handen ineen slaan om het grootste race-evenement van Nederland te organiseren.

Tijdens deze dagen kunnen alle racefans onze nationale held in actie zien in zijn Formule 1-bolide. Welke auto Red Bull dit jaar mee gaan nemen naar Zandvoort is nog niet bekend. Een auto vanuit het Hybride-tijdperk lijkt na de split met Renault uitgesloten. De Jumbo Racedagen bieden de Formule 1-fan onder andere Formule 1-demonstraties, diverse nationale wedstrijden en een uitgebreid aanbod aan merchandise en entertainment.

Afgelopen jaar trokken de racedagen meer dan 110.000 mensen naar het circuit. Ieder jaar lopen de bezoekersaantallen op. Het programma is sinds de introductie ook steeds verder uitgebreid. Afgelopen jaar vond er bijvoorbeeld een Ladies GT-race plaats en reden er drie Red Bull-auto's op het circuit.

Frits van Eerd, algemeen directeur van Jumbo kijkt uit naar de vierde editie: "Samen met Max, Zandvoort en Red Bull organiseren we voor de vierde keer de Jumbo Racedagen. We werken er hard aan om de vorige drie edities van dit evenement te overtreffen. Ik ben er trots op dat het ons lukt om al die families die het evenement trekt, ieder jaar weer te verrassen met een nóg mooier programma."

De online voorverkoop start op 5 februari. Met ingang van de Ticket Tuesday op 5 februari om 10.33 uur, kunnen racefans profiteren van de speciale voorverkoop korting op de populaire en gelimiteerde F1-Paddockkaarten en Tribunekaarten voor de Jumbo Racedagen op 18 en 19 mei 2019. Tickets zijn te bestellen via www.circuitzandvoort.nl.

Denk dat er tijdens en na de tests nog genoeg te speculeren overblijft.
Tijden zeggen niets, wie speelt er verstoppertje, wie niet.
Ferrari zal net als alle andere jaren wel de snelste tijden rijden, en Mercedes zal zich niet bezighouden met super snelle rondjes, iets wat RBR vaak ook niet doet.

    Leuk, die Jumbodagen. Maar dat duurt nog even.
    Maar wat nu echt niet lang meer duurt zijn de wintertests! Nog 2 weken en dan kunnen we al onze aannames over hoe welk team gaat presteren eindelijk aan de kant zetten en het weer hebben over wat er op de baan gebeurt.

      Teams die wat willen bewijzen zullen weer wel voor snelle rondjes gaan, etc.
      Kortom, na de tests zal er nog meer worden gespeculeerd..;)
      Maar wel weer actie op de baan, dat is al een hele vooruitgang.

      speculeren is best leuk, maar dan wel in combinatie met wat baanactie! die 2 weken kunnen me niet snel genoeg voorbij zijn, wat duurt die winterstop toch lang

      En daar gaat het om. Over 2 weken kunnen we weer ouwenelen over wat er op de baan gebeurt. Dat is al een mooi vooruitzicht.
      Maar wat Nicos zegt is ook waar, de tests laten niet alles zien. Wel krijgen we inzicht in betrouwbaarheid. Eens kijken of de RB15 elke dag kilometers kan vreten met de Honda in de achterbak.

      En op het gezicht van Max letten alstie uitstapt, hopelijk krijgen we daar een paar close ups van te zien, kunnen wij hier ouwenelen over wat er achter zijn gelaatsuitdrukking schuil gaat ;)

      Maar het wordt lastig om Max te zien. Alles gebeurt tijdens testen in de pits achter schermen. Stiekem gedoe...

      @Snork Max zal toch na zijn 1e testdag voor de camera moeten verschijnen om zijn verhaaltje te doen, en zijn gezichtsuitdrukking laat meestal weinig te raden over als hem iets niet bevalt ;)

    Even speculeren... De voorverkoop start om 10:33... Startnummer van Max is 33, maar die van Gasly is nummer 10...

    Dit jaar zullen er denk 120.000 toeschouwers (45.000 op zaterdag 75.000 op zondag) de Jumbo Racedagen (over 2 dagen gerekend) gaan bezoeken. Ongeveer 80% van de maximale capaciteit wat Zandvoort e.o. op dit moment aan kan. Een goede testcase voor de komst van de Dutch GP.
