Komt Max Verstappen vandaag wel in actie?

De grote vraag die iedereen bezig houdt is of de Formule 1-coureurs en dus Max Verstappen vandaag wel in actie komen, nadat gisteren beide vrije trainingen werden afgelast.

Het antwoord daarop is 'Ja'. Max Verstappen zal met zijn collega's over minder dan een uur zijn rondjes draaien op de Nurburgring, waar sinds 2013 niet meer met F1-wagens is gereden. Alle coureurs zijn getest op corona en alle test waren negatief, dus daar zal het niet aan liggen.

Hoe zit het dan met het weer vandaag? Ook dat is in orde. Het is op moment van schrijven, droog, licht bewolkt en koud, maar de medische helikopters kunnen vliegen!

Om 12:00 uur is de derde vrije training, en om 15:00 uur de kwalificatie van de Eifel Grand Prix.
